Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to our Seattle warehouse safely.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for oversized furniture.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
